Fast Track Application Update

You will receive this email with each release to advise you of the additions made to iKeys and iMAP software. When we release new software we will also notify you via the SP Diagnostics notification tool that is included as part of the SPi and G2 Suites. From time to time we will also include other important information that is relevant to our iMAP and iKeys users.

Highlights of this months release include additional VDO dash pin extraction coverage on the VAG group,L200 engine and ABS, Renault coded access (iKeysPro), Ford ABS bleeding and ESP sensor configuration.

There seems to be a little confusion as to the relationship between SP Diagnostics and Sykes Pickavant.

In 2009 Sykes-Pickavant sold off the diagnostic side of the business to SP Diagnostics. A management buy-out ensured continuation of development and support for ACR4/G2 & SPi platforms along with other single function testers from our site in Wiltshire.

SP Diagnostics supports these products along with its customers and would like to point out that SP Diagnostics trade as a separate entity and has no affiliation with Sykes-Pickavant.

Sykes Pickavant, which is based in Staffordshire, has imported a tool and branded it as SPe, which is where the confusion starts. We at SP Diagnostics like to be extremely helpful to our customers, but sadly we cannot offer help or support on a product that isn't ours.

All subscription renewals, repairs and upgrades from ACR4/G2 to SPi are handled by us at SP Diagnostics. We are also an Official Autodata Partner and did you know we offer direct debit facilities on Autodata?

Andy Amor Joins the SP Diagnostics Team

SP Diagnostics is proud to announce Andy Amor as the new Sales Manager for the company. “We are really pleased to welcome Andy and as a member of the team in past years (Sykes-Pickavant / Facom) Andy will integrate well from day one. Updates

Programming keys to Renault Laguna II now uses coded access without requiring a code from Renault, this is available with an iKeys Pro subscription.

The G2 update process is now much quicker, to use this you will need to be using the latest version of the G2 Suite V1.053
